NovaSAID has one ongoing project to develop an mPGES-1 inhibitor.

Several families of mPGES-1 inhibitors were identified following screening. Compounds from these chemical scaffolds are predicted to be druggable and have also demonstrated in vitro and in vivo efficacy. The project is now at the late stage of lead optimization.
